We work with clients in a two-step process.
The first step is gaining perspective from the entire organization (or a defined sub-set) through our Values Sorter tool. Through our proprietary (and fun) tool, individuals sort which values they believe are alive in the organization. We then aggregate and analyze the responses to map which of Six Values Structures are inherently active in your organization.
The second step is a dynamic and engaging 1-2 day off-site or retreat with a core leadership team where we explore, select, and, most importantly, agree on how to act upon a group-inspired, methodically-chosen set of values. This is not one of those sessions where everyone leaves feeling good, but nothing changes. This is about building a more compelling, more inspired foundation for the future.
